Paid Services

Refund eligibility for paid services depends on what you purchased and the stage of work:

  • Before work begins: Full refund available
  • Work in progress: Partial refund may be available depending on deliverables provided
  • After delivery: Refunds generally not available once final documents have been delivered

  • Reason for your refund request
